Client Responsibilities
You agree to cooperate with us by providing timely information and access to necessary documents. You acknowledge that accurate bookkeeping depends on your cooperation and timely communication.
Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement, engagement letter or invoice. Payment terms will be specified therein. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability
Salt & Sand Bookkeeping LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
