If you provide your phone number through our contact form, quote request form, or by another means, and opt in to text messages, we may send you SMS messages related to your appointment or inquiry, such as consultation reminders, scheduling confirmations, and follow-up on a request you submitted. We do not use your phone number to send marketing texts unless you separately opt in to that.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us directly at info@saltandsandbookkeeping.com. Reply HELP for assistance, or see Section 12 (Contact Us) below.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information & Global Privacy Control

Salt & Sand Bookkeeping LLC does not sell your personal information, and we do not currently meet the revenue, data-volume, or data-sale thresholds that trigger the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We nonetheless offer the following controls as a matter of good practice, and honor them for every visitor regardless of location.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Our Google Ads conversion tracking tool can constitute "sharing" of information for cross-context advertising purposes under CPRA's broad definition, even though we don't sell data for money. This tracking is off by default for every visitor and only activates if you affirmatively turn on the "Marketing" category in our cookie preferences panel, which you can open at any time by clicking here or by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Info" link in the footer of every page. If you never turn that category on, or turn it on and later change your mind, nothing is shared for advertising purposes.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): Because advertising-related sharing already requires your affirmative opt-in, a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser has the same practical effect automatically — nothing is shared unless you've separately turned on the Marketing category.
