Digital Product Refund Policy

Salt & Sand Bookkeeping LLC sells digital products including templates, guides, and checklists. Because these products are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges of any kind. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
This policy is designed to comply with California Civil Code § 1723. All digital products sold through this website are marked "All Sales Final" at the point of purchase, consistent with the exemptions in § 1723(b). This policy states that no cash refund, store credit, or exchange will be given for any digital product, at any time, for any reason.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the full product — the file is in your possession and its value has been transferred. Because we cannot verify that a product has not been used or retained after a refund request, returns are not operationally possible in the way they are for physical merchandise.
For this reason, all digital products sold by Salt & Sand Bookkeeping LLC are sold as-is and marked "All Sales Final" at the point of purchase, consistent with the exemptions provided under California Civil Code § 1723(b).

Technical Delivery Issues
